We are hiring an assistant manager at our Subway location in Randall, MN. Duties will include inventory, ordering, customer service, daily paperwork, staff management and training, and duties as assigned. This position also includes managing The Dipper ice cream shop that is connected to Subway. Hours would be 9am-4pm (or similar) for 4-5 days per week, mainly weekdays, but some occasional nights / weekends when necessary. PREREQUISITES

Education : High school diploma or equivalent

Experience : Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
