Zaxby's is an American chain of fast casual restaurants known for its mouthwatering chicken wings, chicken fingers, sandwiches, and salads. With over 900 locations primarily in the South, we are a beloved brand that continues to grow. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly, providing an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and lead a team of talented and enthusiastic individuals
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Train and develop team members to deliver outstanding performance

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • High school degree or equivalent
