Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
  • You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
  • Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to / from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
  • Advancement opportunities include progression from delivery driver to management, franchisee, or corporate operations roles.
  • In addition : lead teams to achieve store goals, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold Domino's brand standards.

Qualifications

  • General duties for all store team members : operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily.
  • Training : Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
  • Communication Skills : ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone or in person.
  • Essential Functions / Skills : arithmetic proficiency; ability to make correct monetary change; verbal and written communication; keyboard or touch screen order entry; strong eye–hand coordination.
  • Work Conditions : ability to work in varying weather, maintain temperatures from 36 to 90+ degrees, exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges and moving parts.
  • Sensing : talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot / cold surfaces.
  • Temperaments : ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make decisions.
  • Physical Requirements : standing, walking short distances, occasional sitting at a desk, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing / pulling, occasional climbing, stooping / bending, and repetitive motions related to pizza preparation and service.
  • Additional details include dough shaping, use of pizza peels, box assembly, and handling various kitchen tools and equipment.

    • Driving / Delivery

  • Deliver product by car and to customer door; deliver flyers and door hangers.
  • Requires valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
  • Essential skills : navigational ability, ability to access delivery sites including multi-story buildings, and safe handling of deliveries.
