Salary : $26-$36 / Per Hour

Ellingson is hiring a Foreman for our Agriculture Drainage team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.

The Foreman will be responsible for the following :

  • Manage projects and crew members : Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, quality, project schedule and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate daily tasks : According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, and personnel.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Three years or more of related supervisory and construction experience, preferably in ag drainage, and / or utilities.
  • Travel and overnight stay will be required.
