Responds to complications (e.g., hypotension, clotting, adverse reactions). Educates patients on dialysis care, diet, and lifestyle. Supervises dialysis technicians. Maintains compliance and safety with regulations and policies; Cerner charting; 100 mile radius rule; MN license required
