eNLC Licensed Triage Nurse

A company is looking for a Triage RN to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform real-time symptom triage and provide educational care instructions to members

Maintain monthly performance metrics and document accurately in compliance with policies

Collaborate with members and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and resolve member complaints

Required Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited institution

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse License in an eNLC compact state

1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telephonic clinical care

Experience in direct patient care is acceptable
