Home Health Nurse Manager – Full-Time (Days, No Weekends or On-Call)

📍 Location : Beech Grove, IN

🕒 Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift | Start between 7–8 AM | End between 4–5 PM | No Weekends or On-Call

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for home health care? We’re seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager who leads by example and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you’ll oversee clinical operations, support staff development, and ensure high-quality care delivery—all while helping shape the future of home health services.

Qualifications :

• Clear and Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 1 year of home health and / or hospice experience
• 2–3 years of experience as a nurse manager or supervisor
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation
