Job Title : Clinical Lab Technologist Generalist (Nights)

Location : Gainesville, FL

Shift : Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lab Technologist Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to help diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases. This position requires expertise in multiple lab areas, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology. The successful candidate will demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in all laboratory processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests and procedures.

Accurately analyze and interpret test results.

Ensure the quality control of all laboratory processes.

Prepare and process specimens for testing.

Maintain and operate laboratory equipment.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the lab.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care.

Manage lab inventory and supplies.

Required Qualifications :

FL State Licensure as a Medical Technologist.

MT (ASCP) certification.

Previous clinical laboratory experience in a generalist role is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation :
