Irvine, CA (Hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in-office)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of tax experience, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate and partnerships. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent client service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities.
• Conduct tax research and provide technical support on various tax issues.
• Assist with tax planning and advisory services for clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and train junior staff members.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Working Conditions :

Heavy siting for extended periods in front of a computer. Overnight travel may be necessary. Minimal Hazards.

Success Factors :

Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English. Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
