We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Administrator / Data Analyst to support enterprise-wide data platforms and analytics initiatives across a large, complex organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data-related issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of business intelligence tools and data systems.
As a liaison between data scientists, analysts, and business users, you will manage and maintain data environments, resolve , and promote data literacy across the organization. You’ll work with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and ThoughtSpot to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and actionable.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for end users with questions or issues related to enterprise data platforms.Monitor and resolve Tier 1–3 data platform issues, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.Administer and maintain data visualization environments, including user access, data source connections, and performance tuning.Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements, define KPIs, and support self-service analytics.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and ThoughtSpot.Conduct data grooming, validation, and exploration to support business reporting and decision-making.Provide training and support to end users and analysts on data tools, governance, and best practices.Assist in documenting data definitions, metadata, and platform usage guidelines.Required QualificationsProven experience in data administration, engineering, analytics, or platform support within a large enterprise.Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset with attention to detail.Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with scripting languages like Python for data validation and automation.Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle.Solid understanding of data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, and marts.Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train non-technical users.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting multiple business domains (e.g., finance, operations, marketing).Familiarity with enterprise data governance, metadata management, and access control.Exposure to agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.Background in telecommunications or other consumer-facing industries is a plus.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
