A passion for innovation and a desire to be part of a team redefining what's possible in dairy technology. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in industrial controls or automation engineering (dairy, food processing, or agricultural automation experience is a strong plus)

As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing control systems that power our industry-leading dairy equipment. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product development, field service, and manufacturing—to create smart, efficient, and scalable automation systems that meet the evolving needs of modern dairy operations.
What You'll Do :
- Design and program PLC / HMI systems for new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve control systems in the field and in development environments.
- Drive innovation in automation and contribute to R&D efforts for next-generation solutions.
- Uphold our reputation for excellence by delivering high-quality, dependable control systems.
