Will convert to a perm employee and work towards a promotion into an account representative and ultimately an account executive in 2-3 years’ time. Will also work towards an FL 2-20 license, paid for by the company
Position : Account Coordinator (Personal Lines Insurance Industry)
Location : Onsite in Lake Mary, FL- 32746
Rate : $18 / hr
Duration : 6 month C2H
Must Haves :
- Can be right out of school or internship – Bachelor’s preferred
- Personality & Culture is the biggest importance here!! They need someone who can be personable but also be okay with paperwork / desk work
- Very sharp and good communication / personality
- Needs to be mildly tech savvy with Microsoft and computer work
- Must be okay with desk work for most of day and studying for the FL 2-20 license on the clock (paid for by the manager)

As of now, they are all in office onsite. They have a very strong team culture with a team. They also have snacks and a wellness room onsite for snack breaks & mental health days. This team barely has any turn around.
