Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.Familiarity with customer service software and tools is preferred.Benefits
