Location : Grenada, MS 38901 (Mississippi nursing jobs)

Facility Type : Small Critical Care Facility (Acute Care)

Unit : MED / TELE (Telemetry)

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 10 / 20 / 2025 – End : 1 / 19 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts

Guaranteed Hours : 36 / 48 hours rotating every two weeks

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570–$1680

Employment Type : Travel Nursing

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (Registered Nurse)

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience; 2+ years preferred in critical care or telemetry

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Experience with Epic charting system required

Ability to float between CCU, Stepdown, and Med-Surg units; occasional pediatric patient care

Flu vaccine required (medical exemption accepted with documentation)

Availability to work over holidays

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Float to CCU, Stepdown, and Med-Surg units as needed

Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR

Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions

Provide compassionate care to adult and occasional pediatric patients
