The Aquatic Field Technician is responsible for the application of aquatic herbicides and algaecides, as well as the maintenance of lakes, ponds, and other water bodies. Duties include controlling algae and nuisance aquatic vegetation, installing and maintaining fountains and aeration systems, conducting water quality testing, stocking fish, managing mosquito larvae, and performing littoral shelf maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Apply aquatic herbicides and algaecides to lakes and ponds
• Install and maintain fountains and aeration systems
• Perform water quality testing and diagnostics
• Control mosquito larvae populations
• Stock fish in designated water bodies
• Conduct maintenance of littoral shelves and shoreline vegetation
• Operate boats, ATVs, and spray trucks in various outdoor environments
• Communicate effectively with clients and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and services performed
