What You'll Do as a Lead Carpenter

As a Lead Carpenter, you'll bring to life the fantastic remodeling projects our clients have been dreaming of, including :

  • Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling ~ custom islands, unique designs, luxury bathrooms
  • Whole-Home Remodeling & Additions ~ home offices, laundry rooms, garage conversions
  • Exterior Remodeling ~ sunrooms, porches, entryways

What We Offer

  • Pay : $32.00-$38.00 / hour (based on experience, excluding overtime)
  • Performance-based bonus potential on individual jobs
  • $1,000 Sign-on Bonus

    • What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Your own set of carpentry tools, including a full set of hand / power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to perform material takeoffs from site conditions and blueprints
  • Professionalism and ability to work directly with clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure accurate documentation and client interaction
  • Comfortable with technology, including basic use of Apple or Android communication tools
  • Willingness to work in Southern NH and Northern MA
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes
  • Comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders, and on roofs
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
