Key Responsibilities
Assist Associates and Consultants with Defined Contribution Balance Forward administration tasks
Conduct data and asset reviews, periodic reporting, and compliance processes
Manage government filings and distribution processing
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of industry experience with expertise in retirement plans, specifically 401(k) plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support
Ability to work well in a team environment and take ownership of work products
Strong organizational and time management skills
