Job Responsibilities :

Basic Qualifications :

Understanding of operational and environmental compliance for boiler operations and demonstrated ability to meet compliance regulations. Basic trouble shooting skills for Boiler, ESP, and all mechanical equipment involved in the process. Demonstrate knowledge of dry kiln operations to include mechanical (fans, traps, baffles, vents, motors). Ability to work and communicate well with others and facilitate change. Must be safety minded, possess good organization, planning and oral / written communication skills. Must have forklift experience in a production environment and possess the ability to become certified on a forklift and front-end loader.
