Facility Setting? LTAC

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? no

Preferred experience level? acute

EMR for your facility : wellsky

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted ND License

Active BLS, BCLS certification

NBCOT - required

Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled PT Experience

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
