Job Description :

• Work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week period
• Must complete a skills checklist and provide two supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last three years
• Expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment
• Communication devices needed for work will be supplied if required; otherwise, a reimbursement policy for work-related cell phone use is in place
• Modules must be completed pre-start and annually, non-billable with an average of 16 hours spent; over 20 hours requires management approval
• 40 hours of non-billable orientation required
