Role Overview

We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level Influencer Coordinator to manage influencer campaigns from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work directly with our Campaign Manager and have virtual assistants to amplify your outreach and execution efforts. You’ll strategize, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an ideal influencer profile for each campaign based on brand objectives and target audience.
  • Collaborate with virtual assistants to source, vet, and outreach to relevant influencers.
  • Own and maintain tracking systems (Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.) to manage influencer status, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships , ensuring influencers post on time and deliver the right content.
  • Allocate and manage influencer budgets based on campaign goals and performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag issues or opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • 1–4+ years of experience in influencer coordination or influencer marketing (agency experience a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns from outreach through reporting.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets (Airtable, Notion, or influencer platforms like Grin / AspireIQ are a plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in Slack and other collaboration tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience managing budgets and making data-driven decisions .
