Cowboy Curbing Landscape is seeking a hardworking and motivated Landscape Skid Steer Operator to join our growing field operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment handling.
  • Interpret landscape blueprints and execute landscape construction plans.
  • Operate mechanical equipment including skid steers, mini-excavators, augers, chainsaws, concrete saws, and hand tools.
  • Drive and operate vehicles including dump trucks and truck / trailer combinations.
  • Support Team Leader with client communication, walkthroughs, and small plan adjustments.
  • Assist with job paperwork such as timesheets, work orders, and material logs.
  • Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean throughout the project.
  • Communicate job progress and concerns with the Team Leader.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Assist with snow removal during winter months.
  • Maintain equipment and report necessary repairs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of landscaping experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow written plans or blueprints.
  • Knowledge of horticulture, paver installation, and retaining walls is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
  • Creative and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

    • Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM
  • Occasional Saturday work may be required
  • 30-minute lunch break daily

  • Onsite - Projects are based in the local area with some travel as needed.
