job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAt least 3 years developing with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement or Sales Hub) 3+ years of Power Platform experience—especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Hands-on T-SQL and ETL development using tools like SSIS or Fivetran Familiarity with ALM processes and DevOps practices for solution deployment Demonstrated success in executing full-cycle data migrations Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Knowledge of Azure tools such as Logic Apps, Functions, or Service Bus Previous experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central Comfort working with REST APIs and developing custom connectors Background working in highly regulated sectors A solution-builder who sees technology as a way to streamline work and solve real problems A collaborative problem-solver who can bridge technical concepts and business needs An independent self-starter who takes initiative and owns their solutions end to end Someone who's always optimizing, looking for ways to make processes better and more scalable

Dynamics 365 & Business Intelligence Developer
Overview
We're looking for a versatile developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform to help drive data integration, app development, and enterprise analytics. In this role, you'll own the process of transforming raw data into intuitive applications and insights that empower decision-making and operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Power Platform Innovation : Design and develop model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate flows that enhance business workflows and improve user experience.
- ETL & Data Integration : Construct robust data pipelines using SSIS, Power Platform Dataflows, and Fivetran to migrate and validate key operational datasets into the Dataverse.
- Dynamics 365 Development : Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) or Sales Hub with business logic, custom entities, forms, and plugins written in C#.
- BI & Insights Delivery : Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets that enable cross-functional teams to make informed decisions.
- Architecture & Lifecycle Management : Apply DevOps principles and source control (Git) for structured deployments. Maintain technical documentation, standards, and governance for your solutions.
- Business Collaboration : Work directly with end users and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet operational and strategic needs.
