Salary : $23-$25

Join a fast-paced team in Cannon Falls, MN as a 1st or 2nd Shift Welder and help bring custom equipment to life in this hands-on role running only through the end of the year ! You'll perform MIG welding on steel components, read blueprints , use measuring tools , and ensure weld quality -all while working alongside fabricators and engineers to meet production goals. Success in this role calls for previous welding experience , strong attention to detail , the ability to lift up to 50 lbs , and a safety-first mindset with solid mechanical skills . A welding certificate is not required -just bring your skills and readiness to work. If you're ready to finish the year strong with solid pay and shift differential , this is your chance to jump in and make an impact .

Schedule

• 1st Shift - Monday to Friday 7am-3pm
• 2nd Shift - Monday to Thursday 3pm-1am
