We have an opportunity at RSW for a 150-day Seasonal, Part-time Lost and Found Administrative Representative. This position will hold a primary responsibility of lost and found and will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily via the phone, in addition to administrative support. At times, this individual may need to lift and move lost and found items, either for delivery and / or for organization in storage facility. In addition, this individual will need to deliver lost and found items to customers at their homes or places they're staying while in SW Florida. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

The starting rate of pay is $15 / hour based on a 25 hour workweek.

This position is located at RSW, Fort Myers International Airport.

Responsibilities

Customer Service and Administration

Primary Focus is Lost and Found

• Maintain Lost & Found control via Lost Returns Website.
• Log Lost items into system as received.
• Match to customer claims
• Ship lost items to customers.
• Maintain neat lost and found closet.
• Phone conversation regarding Lost Returns process.

Call Center

Fleet Management and Maintenance

Car Control

When necessary, may be asked to assist with License Plates.
