New Business Development Manager-Promotional Products Location :

  • Oklahoma City Metro or Stillwater, OK Company : Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group (EJPPG) Application Deadline : Friday, October 17th at Noon.

  • Job Summary The New Business Development Manager drives new business in the promotional products industry by prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts before transitioning them to Account Managers.
  • This role is performance-driven and highly rewarding.
  • Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify and pursue new business through calls, networking, social media, and research.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • New Client Acquisition Communicate EJPPG’s value proposition.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver persuasive presentations / proposals.
  • Closing & Transition Consistently meet or exceed quotas.
  • Document client info, update CRM, and hand off accounts smoothly to Account Managers.
  • Brand Ambassador Represent EJPPG at trade shows, networking, regional and industry events to expand viability, credibility, and expand our reach Skills & Qualifications Proven B2B sales success with a hunter mentality.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection.
  • Strong skills in networking and relationship building Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce / HubSpot) + Microsoft Office.
  • Regional travel required, valid driver’s license and transportation.
