Position Overview :

As a Virtual School Psychologist , you will provide essential psychological services to K12 students in North Dakota. This fully virtual position includes conducting evaluations, offering virtual counseling, and supporting the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Youll collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to ensure every student receives the support they need.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services

Provide virtual counseling, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support

Contribute to the development and monitoring of IEPs and BIPs

Consult with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to improve student outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal standards

Qualifications :

Masters degree or higher in School Psychology

Active North Dakota School Psychologist license (or ability to obtain one)

At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting

Familiarity with virtual service delivery platforms is a plus

Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Comfortable working independently and as part of a virtual team
