As the Senior Accountant, you will be part of a dynamic accounting team. We offer a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, complete account reconciliations following all accounting principles and company policies.

Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

Oversee general ledger activities and ensure proper recording of transactions

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports

Coordinate with external auditors for audits

Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements to financial policies and procedures

Support future ERP system implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

We offer a hybrid work schedule.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)

Five (5) years or more experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a corporate or public finance setting, as well as a demonstrated understanding of ERP systems and data analysis tools

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently

Effective communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, complex environment
