Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone and email, including order placement and tracking
Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns
Required Qualifications
Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must complete paid training and pass a background check
Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone
