A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist responsible for managing client incentive and recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operation of client programs and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Produce client reports and manage invoicing processes while addressing inquiries related to program operations
Assist in the design of operational processes and perform platform setup tasks for new program implementations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred
2+ years of business management or operational experience
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong Excel skills required
Experience with HTML and content management tools is a plus
Familiarity with project management software is a plus
