Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Architect at Schlosser Steel Buildings. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process for industrial and commercial buildings from concept to completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing submittals, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring projects adhere to architectural and environmental standards. The Project Architect will use Revit (BIM) software and Bluebeam to develop architectural plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Project Management skills
• Understanding of building codes and construction practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 10 years experience minimum
