Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN for a travel contract in Waltham, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a home-based care environment, has strong OASIS skills (24-hour turnaround required), and is proficient with Homecare Homebase. Locals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver quality nursing care to patients in their homes

Maintain accurate and timely OASIS documentation

Utilize Homecare Homebase for documentation

Work independently and communicate effectively with providers

Monitor and assess patient health and progress

Qualifications :

Current RN license in MA

At least 2 years of recent home health experience

Strong knowledge of OASIS with 24-hour turnaround compliance

Homecare Homebase experience is required

Reliable transportation, active drivers license, and car insurance

Must meet Joint Commission compliance standards
