Job Summary

As the Director of Nursing, you will be a key leader within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the clinical operations at St. Charles Assisted Living. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Salary

$90,000- $110,000 per year, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategies to enhance clinical operations, aligning them with the company's overall objectives and mission.

Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in senior care.

Operational Efficiency : Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency while maintaining the highest level of resident care and satisfaction.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including facility administrators, finance, and human resources, to achieve integrated and coordinated operations.

Training and Development : Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clinical staff, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices.

Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks in clinical operations and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Education : A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred, but relevant experience is acceptable.
• A valid RN license is required.
• Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations within the senior housing or healthcare industry.
• Regulatory Knowledge Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing senior living communities and healthcare services.
• Leadership Skills : Proven track record of effective leadership, team building, and strategic planning.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
