Bookkeeper / Accountant

JOB DESPCRIPTION :

Klein Products is looking for a motivated, career-oriented individual to join our administrative team.

2 + years in Bookkeeping / Accounting.

Individual must be proficient or skilled in the following :

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and (work well with others) Ability to multitask.
• Utilize Outlook Calendar, word and excel.
• Perform account receivable functions, including payable functions, reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
• Weekly, quarterly, and yearly tax payments.
• Assist with yearly audits.
• Assist in processing payroll.
• Financial statement reporting.
• Responsible for maintaining high quality standards.
• Working with management for additional responsibilities.
