A company is looking for a Contingent Workforce Analyst to manage its contingent workforce program.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and ensure compliance of the non-employee lifecycle for the contingent workforce program
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline processes and maintain effective vendor relationships
Monitor and report on contingent workforce metrics, performance, and compliance to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in HR operations or contractor / vendor relationships
Experience in developing policies, SOPs, or governance frameworks for workforce programs
Knowledge of contingent workforce models and compliance with labor laws / regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and contract management systems is a plus
Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
