Sustainable Sites Specialist

A company is looking for a Sustainable Sites Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop technical content for site sustainability topics across rating systems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Provide expertise in areas such as ecological conservation, green infrastructure, and resilient site design to support rating system development

Collaborate with staff and volunteers to co-develop credits and engage with external experts to enhance technical resources

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in built environment or sustainability sectors, focusing on landscape architecture, ecology, or related fields

Experience in sustainable site development or ecosystem restoration is highly desirable

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree can substitute for two years of work experience

General knowledge of LEED rating systems; experience with SITES is a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce and Smartsheet preferred
