Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers / Independent Freight Agents to partner with us in building a trusted logistics operation. This is a 1099 independent contractor role perfect for self-motivated professionals who have an established book of business (no size requirement) and want the flexibility to run their business with the support of a veteran-owned brokerage.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight brokerage or transportation logistics
  • Established book of business (no size requirement)
  • Strong relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Experience using freight load boards and TMS platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

    • Compensation :

  • 1099 contractor role
  • Earn 75% commission, performance-based structure
  • Unlimited earning potential based on your shipments moved
  • Paid Weekly / Bi-Weekly-You decide
