A company is looking for a Senior Director, People.
Key Responsibilities
Lead core People Team functions including Contact Center, People Technology, People Analytics, and Innovation
Develop and execute a people technology roadmap while ensuring compliance and improving service delivery
Organize and leverage data to drive insights and decisions, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher; HR, Analytics, or related certifications preferred
Ten (10) or more years in Human Resources in Analytics, Tech, or People Ops roles
Five (5) or more years of successfully leading teams and developing talent
Commitment to maintaining a compliant and well-run People Operations function
Experience in budget and vendor management
