Senior Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Lead project teams, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and report on project status

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred in business administration, management, or related fields

10+ years of project management experience, particularly with larger projects

PMP certification required; PMO experience preferred

Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

Proficiency with project management software and tools, including JIRA and MS Excel
