What You'll Do

Train & Develop

• Design and deliver comprehensive product training for new and existing franchisees on our complete line of window coverings; shutters, blinds, shades, and draperies
• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions that transform product knowledge into sales confidence
• Develop training materials, product guides, and sales tools that franchisees can use in the field

This position is based at our corporate office in Plano, Texas , with regular travel to franchise locations possible
