We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Nursing Manager to guide a dedicated team across the Emergency Room, SANE Department, and Infusion Services. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll drive quality patient care, inspire your team, and ensure day-to-day operations thrive in a collaborative, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Direct clinical operations across multiple units including a 14-bed ER and Fast Track
• Provide strategic leadership, staffing oversight, and patient flow optimization
• Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering evidence-based practice and continuous learning
• Champion associate engagement, patient safety, and clinical excellence
• Ensure departmental goals and performance benchmarks are met
