Job Description
Manage and oversee all phases of interior construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Collaborate with the project management team to align on project goals and deliverables.
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and client specifications.
Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a productive and professional work environment.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Class A / Interiors should have :
Proven experience managing interior construction projects, particularly in the business services industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
