We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Tax Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and financial analysis to support our organization's tax planning and reporting objectives.

📍 Location : San Rafael, United States

⏰ Work Mode : Work From Office

💼 Role : Senior Tax Analyst

Pay Scale :   $99, 740 – $124, 675 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do :

🎯  Assist in calculating and documenting Federal taxable income for the quarterly and annual tax provisions.

🎯  Assist in preparing income tax return workpapers, estimates, extensions, and periodic tax

filings for sales and use tax, franchise taxes, property taxes, and other state specific filings, along with related payment requests.

🎯  Other duties and ad-hoc finance projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.

✅  M.S. in Taxation Preferred.

✅  C.P.A. Preferred.

✅  Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

✅  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
