A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager - Medicaid.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and clients to ensure requirements are identified and documented
Analyze and document business processes to support client experience goals
Support the creation of CX reports for RFP and proposal processes
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in contact center launch and / or operations
3 years of project management experience with standard PM artifacts
5 years of business analysis experience with requirements validation
5 or more years of Medicaid experience, including knowledge of provider, claims, and financials
Experience with data administration and reporting tools
