Delivery Associate Job Description :

• Load vans, deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, walking up stairs and through driveways. Must perform duties in all weather conditions and in a safe and punctual manner.
• You can expect to work about 4 days per week and around 8-9 hours
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
• Timely and motivated, must be on schedule
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Be customer orientated in delivering packages.
• Respond to road-related issues, including changing flat tires, checking fluid levels, and performing other basic vehicle maintenance when needed.
• Ensure delivery vans are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition, reporting any major maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• We provide paid classroom and on-the-job training to all delivery associate's; Health and safety are always a top priority.

Delivery Associate Requirements :

Must be 21 years or older

Must consent to and pass background and driving record check

Must consent to a 5-panel drug screening and medical physical exam

Have a valid driver's license

Ability to read and understand English for safety

Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van and handle basic vehicle maintenance tasks like changing a flat tire

Must be able to move boxes / appliances up to 300 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation

Must wear closed-toe shoes with reinforced toes, made of either steel or composite material, that fully cover the ankle. (Annual $125 credit to buy work boots off of Zappos).
