Translate complex data into clear narratives that inform fundraising, investor conversations, and board discussions. Partner with product and business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities. Assess customer- and network-level economics to ensure sustainable, profitable growth. Help design incentive and compensation structures that align with long-term value creation. Build the finance stack (ERP, CRM, BI) to support scale. Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence. Establish scalable processes for payroll, benefits, collections, and compliance. Background in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate FP&A. Hands-on experience building and owning complex 3-statement financial models. Strong grasp of SaaS, transaction-based, and network-effect business models. Highly analytical with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate insights clearly. Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists. Prior startup finance experience a plus, but not required. About PactFi
Private asset markets (PE, Private Credit, VC, Real Estate) have 10x to 9.8T in AUM over the past decade and are projected to grow to $17T in the next five years. However, digital infrastructure has not kept pace, with the majority of the market operating predominantly in error-prone, internal-only software solutions.
PactFi provides secure, end-to-end, operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. Our web-based application brings together all parties involved in such a transaction to more efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage funds flow, and more. The platform is secured to a bank-grade standard and we have received both our SOC 2 Type II attestation and our ISO 27001 certification.
PactFi was developed in close partnership with several of the industry's largest players by both size (AUM) and deal activity.
Job Description
PactFi is seeking a high-caliber finance professional to build and scale our finance function from the ground up. Youll start as an individual contributor in the model, but quickly take ownership of building the infrastructure, processes, and team that will power PactFis next stage of growth.
Because PactFis products have strong network-based effects, your work wont just focus on classic SaaS metrics youll help the company understand how interconnected user activity drives both revenue and long-term strategic value.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate FP&A who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

- Own core finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic, scalable financial model that captures both recurring revenues and network-driven transaction activity.
- Ensure accounting systems and processes are robust, scalable, and audit-ready.
