Your Role

IT Applications Support Associate plays a key role in supporting the organization's critical business applications—both on-premises and in the cloud. This position is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of requests for our Business Management software systems. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can balance technical expertise with responsive service delivery to meet evolving business needs.

What will you do?

Business Management Applications Support & Administration

  • Administer and configure the company's business management applications (AgilLink, Eton AtlasFive, GoFileRoom, SharePoint).
  • Monitor application performance and availability and escalate and coordinate issues with the vendor.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate :
  • Configuration issues.
  • User access problems.
  • Application errors and bugs.
  • Coordinate the collection of client data and facilitate secure transmission to the receiving firm upon client departure.
  • Review and validate wire transfer and banking details to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
  • Handle urgent configuration requests and approvals tied to time-sensitive banking deadlines.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality application support services across multiple departments and business units.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to :
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-training to build team resilience and reduce knowledge silos.
  • Serve as a backup resource during :
  • Staff absences.
  • High-demand periods or project surges.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while managing competing priorities.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved support cases to appropriate teams or vendors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Report regularly to the Applications Manager by :
  • Communicating project status, risks, and timelines.
  • Prioritizing tasks based on business impact and urgency.
  • Stay current with :
  • Industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Updates to firm-standard software and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk to :
  • Provide second- and third-level support for application-related incidents.
  • Ensure efficient resolution of service requests and minimize downtime.
  • Educational Requirements And Preferred Experience

    A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum of one year of experience in software application support.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Coursework or experience in accounting and / or bookkeeping.
  • Experience supporting AgilLink, Datafaction, and GoFileRoom.
  • Familiarity with Business Management applications.
  • Prior experience in professional services environments.

  • Salary Range : The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
