About the Role
As Clinical Director, you’ll play a key leadership role combining clinical oversight, team development, and strategic vision . You’ll guide and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical excellence, and ensure each child receives individualized, ethical, and effective care.

Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing (required) Active LBA license in NC (or eligibility to obtain) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 4-5 years of ABA experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role Proven ability to lead clinical teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism Strong clinical judgment and commitment to individualized, ethical care Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
