Director Of Gtm Portfolio Readiness

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of GTM Portfolio Readiness to drive collaboration and cohesion between Product Development, Product Management, Product Marketing, and the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and execution of product and service launches, as well as aligning inbound insights to influence product evolution. Key responsibilities for GTM readiness include outbound product and services launch readiness, inbound insight to influence product evolution, workload conversion into use case and sales play, collaboration with the GTM leadership team, and serving as the QEP Sponsor for GTM CTO Unit.

Education typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience. Proven experience in product development, product management, product marketing, or GTM roles is essential. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively are also required. Experience in translating technical workloads into business use cases is preferred.

Compensation : The target salary range for this position is 216,750 - 322,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off (PTO), various leave options, performance-based incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
