We are seeking highly experienced Electricians to join our team, focusing on small-to-mid-size renovation projects for local school and county facilities in the Northern Virginia region.

We value professionals who are independent and require minimal supervision, but who can also collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and a proven track record of successful work on commercial / government renovation projects (specifically schools and county facilities) is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of the NEC code (NFPA 70E) and an unwavering commitment to safety awareness are mandatory.
  • The ability to work both normal business hours and after-hours / weekends is required based on project needs.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Non-Virginia residents who can reliably commute are welcome to apply.
  • Compensation includes a competitive wage scale and fringe benefits based on project requirements.

About the Job

You will perform a variety of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including :

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment and wiring in commercial or government settings.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing the cause of electrical malfunctions.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with clients, colleagues, and project teams.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial or government electrical work.
  • Journeyman Electrician License is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience with electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving .
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
